Sales Representative Assignment Agreement

You agree that upon receipt of your written instructions (including email or text instructions) such Sales Representative may place orders on your behalf using your account information. You agree to allow Sales Representative access to your addresses, payment details, order, and invoice information on your account with Love Beauty Pro & Medical for the purposes of servicing your account and/or placing orders on your behalf.
