All products/training are sold at wholesale professional pricing and are for licensed and trained professionals only. Your professional license number must be provided for purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse sales and service to anyone for any reason at any time.
State licensing requirements for the use of our goods and services vary from state to state, so it is incumbent upon you to research the requirements from your state and comply with any laws and requirements for any merchandise and services.
The merchandise on our website is not intended, nor should it be used at any time, for use outside of the directions for use. You agree to use all merchandise in a safe manner and to take all necessary measures of precaution. You agree that you will not perform any services on any person without first having such person sign and date a client consent form whereby the client is made aware of any risks of the service or merchandise used on them.

State Tax
All Massachusetts orders picked up at our facility or shipped to a Massachusetts address are subject to Massachusetts tax. A current ST-4 Form must be on file for resale tax exemption. Goods and/or services purchased from our site without a current ST-4 tax exemption form on file may be subject to us charging state tax, and not eligible for refund from us. Please consult with your tax advisor or CPA for any tax questions or guidance.

Ordering and Shipping Policies

Orders are typically shipped out of our distribution center in Woburn, Massachusetts within 2 to 3 business days (provided the order information, shipping and payment are complete). Orders submitted without complete account, shipping, or payment information may be delayed. Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation sent to the email address you have provided. Once the order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a final invoice sent to the email address you have provided. The invoice will include tracking information so that you can follow the delivery status. Any backordered items will be noted on the invoice. Upon delivery of your order, a Packing List will be included inside the shipment for your records.
After your order has been placed and received by our website, there cannot be any order additions or changes. If you would like to add additional items, you must place another separate order.
Shipments cannot be sent to a PO Box (only a physical street address).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery via Ground Shipping (FedEx or USPS). In the Continental US, delivery time by the carrier typically ranges from one to five business days for ground shipping, depending on where you are located in the country. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, or there is a backorder for one or more of the items on your order we will contact you via email (within your order confirmation from our website), telephone and/or your local sales rep. The customer is responsible for ensuring that a correct email address and phone number is provided for notifications and order updates.
Orders marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
Shipping Rates and Carrier Method
Love Beauty Pro & Medical primarily uses Fedex and USPS to deliver your packages. The carrier method is determined by the weight and dimensions of the packages and the destination address.
Shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on the destination as well as the size and weight of the package. Shipping charges will be added on to your order at the time your order is placed and will be reflected on the invoice that is emailed to you upon shipment. Express/expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost.
Love Beauty Pro & Medical ships only within the US and does not ship internationally.
Refund Policy
No refunds or exchanges are allowed. All sales are final. Any returns that need to be made must be pre-approved by Love Beauty Pro & Medical management. Approval or denial for returns are up to the sole discretion of Love Beauty Pro & Medical.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer bears the cost of shipping back any merchandise when/if it is approved for return. All products and equipment sold by Love Beauty Pro & Medical are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Prior to any return, a Return Authorization must be obtained by contacting support@lovebeautypro.com. Returns will be based on the condition of the item and/or the condition of the complete details provided with the return. Returns without prior Return Authorization will not be honored.
If approved, mail your return using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service representative. Include the packing slip or other proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued as a credit to your account, or to the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase and will usually be issued within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. Restocking fees may apply.
Missing Items / Damaged Shipments
Please thoroughly inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Frequently shipments will contain mixed items shipped together to consolidate packaging and minimize your shipping costs. In the event an item is missing from your shipment, you must notify us in writing at support@lovebeautypro.com within 48 hours of delivery. In the event it is determined that an item was not included in your shipment, a replacement will be shipped to you. Refunds for missing items will not be issued.
In the case of items damaged in shipment, be sure to keep all boxes and packing materials until items have been fully inspected. Notify Love Beauty Pro & Medical within 48 hours of delivery at support@lovebeautypro.com providing your Sales Order # and images of your damaged shipment. Our customer service department will notify you of the resolution.
Equipment
For non-functioning equipment, contact Customer Service at support@lovebeautypro.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Provide videos showing the details of the issue so that we may work to resolve the matter and assist with repairing the unit or sending a replacement.
Your Responsibilities and Registration Obligations
In order to use this website or certain parts of it, you will be required to register for a user account. In this case, you agree to provide truthful information when requested, and if a minimum age is required for eligibility for a user account, you agree that you are at least the required age. - Students or practice managers may be eligible to attend course through an audit seat. Inquire for details.
- Unless otherwise indicated, course is provided for educational training purposes and does not provide CME’s for credit.
Training Policies and Legal Disclaimer
All deposits and payments for events, trainings, or workshops are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Attendees are responsible for researching state/local/federal licensing laws and
regulations surrounding these services and ensuring these services are within the scope of practice prior to registering for the course. No refunds will be issued for attendees who do not complete this research prior to class. As we are not a regulatory agency, all questions regarding the scope of practice must be researched through your governing Board and/or city/state/federal laws. PRX Derm Perfexion Provider Agreement
As a PRX Derm Perfexion Provider, you agree that purchasing permissions and access to support are subject to the following terms:
- PRX is approved for use by: a) Providers who are under medical supervision. b) Providers who have completed a training approved by Love Beauty Pro & Medical via online or in-person training.
- Training materials and protocols are under strict copyright and may not be shared with any other parties with the exception of consent forms and marketing documents provided specifically for provider’s use.
- Use of PRX requires providers to ensure all patients receiving treatment to properly complete the consultation/consent forms prior to treatment and review forms as well as contraindications. Before and After pictures must be taken to document case.
- Follow only approved protocols and product use during treatment and with post/home care protocol.
- Adhere to Minimum Manufacturer Pricing (or higher) for advertised pricing. (Note: A single treatment cannot be priced lower than $250.) Any provider found to be selling below minimum price will have their certification and purchasing privileges revoked. The exception would be introductory offers which should clearly say INTRO OFFER. Home care items (Moisturizing Face Cream for Dry Skin, Facial Smoothing Fluid, Smoothing Moisturizing Body Cream, Eye Contour & Facial Serum for Delicate Skin, Tone Beautifying Topical Serum) have Required Minimum Retail Prices specified in the product description on LoveBeautyPro.com. Providers must adhere to these Minimum Retail Prices. Any short term special pricing promotions offered by providers must clearly say INTRO or PROMO. Any provider found to be selling below minimum retail prices are subject to having their certification and purchasing privileges revoked.
- Upon completion of training video you must complete an online quiz.
- To maintain an “Active” PRX customer status with LoveBeautyPro.com, a provider/practice must purchase a qualifying package one time per 180 days. By maintaining “Active” status, a provider/practice has access to PRX forum, clinical support, refresher & advanced training webinars, and customer portal containing clinical, practice development and marketing resources.
- Unexpected outcomes or adverse reactions must be reported to Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s clinical team by submitting a CASE REPORT located inside the PRX provider portal. Before & After pictures in addition to basic case details will be required to receive a response.
- Use of Groupon to advertise this treatment is prohibited. Re-selling any WiQo or PRX Derm Perfexion products on websites such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy (or any similar mass marketed websites) is strictly prohibited. A provider found in violation of this policy will be subject to having their certification and purchasing privileges revoked.
- To maintain the high standards and PRX Derm Perfexion branding, all Provider/Practice digital or print marketing files & materials such as images, logos, website and social media assets must be obtained on the PRX Provider Portal located on the LoveBeautyPro.com website. Providers must not use un-official marketing assets from other sources or websites.
- Payment Authorization: Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Customer authorizes Medical Skincare Concepts LLC dba Love Beauty Pro & Medical to charge the billing information provided. Credit card charges will appear on your bank statement as: PRXT33 LOVEBEAUTYPRO&MED WOBURN MA. Customer accepts responsibility for this payment and understand the no-refund policy listed above. Due to the non-refundable policy, customer waives right to credit card chargebacks for this transaction and will be liable for any resulting legal and administrative fees.
- IMPORTANT: Customer must ensure they will be available for delivery upon placing order as PRX Derm Perfexion Skin Beautifying Liquid must be refrigerated upon delivery to customer. PRX must be placed in refrigerator upon arrival and kept in the refrigerator between uses. Product orders will be shipped expedited to your business. It is customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking, work with FEDEX in the event of any delays, accept delivery promptly and store product properly upon delivery to your business. Product left with FEDEX and not retrieved by customer is not eligible for replacement at Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s expense. Love Beauty Pro & Medical will not be responsible for proper storing of product after it leaves our facility.
By purchasing PRX Derm Perfexion products from Love Beauty Pro & Medical, I attest that I have read and am in full understanding and acknowledgement of this agreement, including the terms, rules, responsibilities and payment obligation(s) listed above. I understand that any violation of this agreement may result in termination of my account purchasing permissions and support resources including (but not limited to) the provider portal, clinical support, webinars, training videos, and marketing resources.

PRX DERM PERFEXION – IMPORTANT DELIVERY AND SHIPPING NOTICE:
When ordering, ensure you will be available for delivery and refrigerate vials right away. Upon shipment, your invoice with FedEx Tracking # will be emailed to you.
Shipment is sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED. Someone from your business must be there to sign for delivery. Need to change delivery to suit your schedule? Call FedEx (800) 463-3339 with your Tracking # to arrange delivery or pickup at a FedEx facility
We will not replace product when delayed due to FedEx, weather delays, missing packages, customer not being there to accept delivery, improper storage of vials, or other matters beyond our control. It is the customer’s responsibility to accept delivery promptly and store the product properly upon delivery to your business. In the event your shipment is delayed by the carrier, you are responsible for contacting the carrier with your tracking number to arrange for pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for the proper storing of the product after it leaves our facility.
PRX Derm Perfexion Skin Beautifying Liquid:
- May arrive warm to very warm, and that is okay. Refrigerate upon receipt and between uses to maximize lifespan and effectiveness.
- Will NOT arrive cold or on ice.
- Has been tested to sustain varying temperatures and be out of the refrigerator for up to several days during shipment.
- Acceptable for use unless it has turned brown. Reaching brown color means ingredients may have lost effectiveness, may no longer acceptable for use. Not brown? It is acceptable for use.
- The key is to REFRIGERATE UPON ARRIVAL AND BETWEEN USES. NEVER FREEZE.
- Keep out of direct sunlight for extended periods of time.
PRX Derm Perfexion Subscribe and Save Terms:

Cancellation Policy: A customer may cancel their Subscription Agreement at any time. You must inform us of your intention to cancel at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled payment in your billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month. There is a one-time cancellation fee of $500. The customer is liable for payment of all services rendered during the subscription period. If you decide to opt out, you will not be eligible to participate in the subscription program or any discounts for ninety (90) days.
