A Graduate of Emanual College with a B.S. in business and Boston University Certified Financial Planner took her interests and education into building businesses in the aesthetics industry.  With 14 years of aesthetics sales, distribution and advanced training experience, Amy was the President and Founder of Essentials – a spa and beauty supply company that expanded into training for medical aesthetics professionals and device manufacturers.

In 2017, Amy founded Love Beauty Pro, Medical & Institute in Woburn Massachusetts.  Continuing her passion for the industry, the company offers training on a variety of professional cutting-edge and best-in-class aesthetics treatments and medical devices.

Amy brings her extensive knowledge of the aesthetics industry, business operations and distribution along with her passion for customer service and her ability to build advanced aesthetics training programs to ensure the most positive outcomes for patients and high profit margins for practices.  Amy loves building companies and brands and helping to make a difference in the lives of businesses and clients alike. Amy guides Love Beauty Pro & Medical operations, marketing, customer service and training teams. She has a passion for her employees, customers and associates she has been fortunate to meet along this amazing path.

A Bachelor of Science Graduate of Penn State University in Biotechnology, Brendan Aarons’ career has always been targeted on innovations in medical devices for the aesthetics, dermatology and cosmetic surgery industries.  With over 20 years of experience in sales within the industry, Brendan started out as a sales representative for Medline Industries as the sales manager for post-acute care products.  With his success in sales, he joined his wife Amy in building the sales team for Essentials, a previous company in Massachusetts, with a focus on growing the sales of medical devices on behalf of manufacturers interested in the aesthetics industry.  Hand-in-hand with sales grew the need to be able to implement training programs for manufacturers that provided hands on training for licensed medical providers in the best ways to use the manufacturers’ products.  In this role, Brendan help to grow the Northeast market for companies such as Eclipse PRP, Zimmer Aesthetics, Pro-Nox, Cryoconcepts, Sharplight, Bellus, Healeon and Factor Five Skincare.

Brendan brings his down-to-earth management style to guide the team and his well-developed knowledge of the industry to drive the company’s strategic planning & decisions.  With an eye to sales, training and execution, Brendan helps to guide all of the departments and teams for success.

DJ Shooter is a Yale University graduate who 10 years ago started a career in medical aesthetic sales having founded Lone Wolf Medical in Phoenix Arizona. DJ has grown his sales organization year over year adding new representatives to the team who help launch innovative technologies into the Southwest. Some of these cutting-edge companies that trust Lone Wolf Med to represent them are Eclipse Aesthetics, Exceed Microneedling, Zimmer Aesthetics, Prollenium Revanesse Versa HA Filler, Accuvein Vein Illumination, Pro-Nox Sedation system and Factor Five Stem Skincare.

DJ brings his strong strategic mind and relationships along with some of the best sales reps in the industry to Love Beauty Pro & Medical as the company moves to nationwide representation of PRX-T33 Derm Perfexion.

With a degree in communications from The University of Texas, Justin Parchman has had his sights set on being a sales superstar in the medical technology industry since graduation.  His progression through launching sales for Eclipse Aesthetics up to being the Director of Sales demonstrated both his knowledge of the company’s products and the industry.  Having worked closely in the past with DJ Shooter and Brendan Aarons, Justin was tapped to help build the national sales team of approximately 50 reps covering the country with strong relationships with physicians and KOL’s in the aesthetics, dermatology and cosmetic surgery field.

In addition to being a strong sales guru in his own right, Justin manages the sales team Love Beauty Pro & Medical for the direct sales and distribution of PRX-T33 Derm Perfexion. He ensures that they have complete attention to detail on the products and services being offered.  As an ongoing point of contact with the company’s customers, Justin is also a lead in providing the best customer service and follow up in the industry.

Michelle brings the combination of 10 years’ experience in accounting, financial management and insurance underwriting and seven years of experience in the aesthetics industry. As a licensed esthetician, Michelle once provided services to clients and helped to manage the spa. Michelle’s unique background in the aesthetics industry and in accounting and financial management ensures that Love Beauty Pro & Medical uses the most up-to-date practices and oversight of the day-to-day financial management of the company.

Michelle’s position includes balancing multi entity transactions and running financial oversight in a thriving successful company.

Meet Our Executive Director of Clinical Education – Lisa Feltz. Lisa is one of the country’s longest practicing laser technicians. Her career in aesthetics spans over 20 years not only as a practicing laser technician but as a trainer, mentor, educator and business owner currently at All Care Laser Center in North Andover, Massachusetts.

As a specialist in the field of medical aesthetic & lasers, she has been employed by several of the country’s top laser companies as a trainer and advisor. In previous years she has traveled the country training doctors, nurses and their staff on laser physics and safety and the application of laser treatments.

Lisa continuously receives top reviews for her knowledge as well as her hands-on techniques. She was honored by Cynosure, Inc., one of the country’s top leading laser companies and received their top trainer award, an honor bestowed on very few.

She is respected and admired by those she has trained as well as treated for her experience, knowledge and her devotion to the field of medical aesthetics. She maintains several certifications and continues educating herself as well as others in the progressive field of lasers and anti-aging treatments.

Lisa was one of the first technicians in the US to launch PRX Derm Perfexion (PRX-T33) in her practice and has worked closely in conjunction with Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s Executive Team at Headquarters.

In her position, Lisa has hand-selected and trained/mentored for Love Beauty Pro & Medical 15 educators across the United States.

One of the most important parts of Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s approach to the aesthetics industry and its practitioners is to make sure that anyone using our products or devices has the right training and confidence to deliver the best results for their trainees and their clients. Lisa has created the training programs and worked with the trainers – all of whom have experience using these devices and products. Love Beauty Pro & Medical will even offer private training to practices that want many of their staff to be trained. Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s products/devices come along with full in-depth didactic and practical hands on training as well as lifetime support including a dedicated Clinical Hotline phone number staffed by experienced clinical trainers as well as a private online based forum for on-going support and mentorship.

Based out of Tampa, Florida, Beth is an experienced Sales and Sales Management with a demonstrated history of working in the Aesthetics industry. Skilled in Sales, Medical Devices, Marketing Strategy, Skin Care Products and Sales Management. Strong professional with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) focused in Communication, General from University of Kentucky.

Phaedra helps with leading Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s corporate operations, with responsibility for multiple departments including staffing, customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing and marketing. She oversees the company’s day to day operations while streamlining departments to work together and efficiently.  She maintains constant contact with our multiple vendors, employees and sales team. She assists in keeping company records up to date and on file.

In her previous role as a boutique owner in downtown Newburyport, MA. Phaedra has an extensive background in management and business strategy. An entrepreneur for the past 20 years, she has been able to use her expertise and help manage Love Beauty Pro & Medical. Phaedra attended Northern Essex Community College and Lowell Beauty Academy.

Shana Partl has worked in the aesthetics industry for over six years in many different roles from designing and implementing new programs, to planning and directing trade shows, to balancing the ins and outs of the marking department. What she loves best is cultivating relationships with key thought leaders, clients and customers. Her passion for developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything she does, both professionally and personally.

Rafaella is an accomplished business development, multi-media and social media professional. She has worked in diverse environments applying her skills in sales, social media, advertising, marketing, public relations, and client relationship management. She brings over fourteen years of experience in aesthetics, starting from the ground up. She has worked in multiple roles making her knowledgeable about what it takes to run a successful practice.

Rafaella is skilled at many components of marketing communications, which allows her to effectively brand products and services, maximize brand awareness and penetrate markets. Her skills in all facets of business development allow her to add value to practices and effectively promote our products and services by taking a “big picture” approach to revenue growth.

A graduate in Business Management and Healthcare Administration from Northern Essex Community College and a graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics led Katie to her love and passion for this industry.  Becoming a Master Esthetician at a MedSpa in the Boston area, Katie had advanced training in Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, Dermaplaning, IPL and more.  With this extensive training and practical experience, she became an advanced aesthetics trainer and gained years of managerial experience in both training and MedSpa management.

As the Events and Training Manager for Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s PRX Derm Perfexion (PRX-T33) brand and by using her extensive experience and advanced training, Katie is able to work closely with our Executive Director of Clinical Education, Lisa Feltz to plan and implement training, events and tradeshows for medical aesthetics providers across the country.

Megan is a customer service professional with a background as an esthetician and data entry specialist at a Dermatologist practice. She assists Love Beauty Pro & Medical’s customers and sales team with order processing and support with ease and a sunny attitude. She takes great care and patience to ensure each contact is fully satisfied. She is highly polished and well versed in cosmetic surgery, dermatology and med spa procedures and equipment. Megan has a bright and professional disposition. She joined the Love Beauty Pro & Medical team in December of 2021 and has been a wonderful asset to the team.

Cristina has an impressive & strong sales background in the pharmaceutical sales industry.  She worked for Mead Johnson/Bristol Myers Squibb in the Philippines and Procter and Gamble Pharmaceutical in Boston Massachusetts for a combined total of 20 years.

Before Love Beauty Pro & Medical, Cristina worked as a Project Consultant, Events and Quality Assurance Manager for Solid State Construction, a small family-owned business in Massachusetts.

Both her experience in the corporate world as a pharmaceutical rep and working for a family owned business has significantly contributed to giving an understanding on how to carry out my role as a Sales Administrator for Love Beauty Pro & Medical.

With Cristina’s professional background, she has a deep knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.   This allows her to effectively support the National Director of Sales and the whole national sales team of 40+ dynamic individuals to help them achieve their sales goals!

As Fulfillment, Logistics & Distribution Manager, John runs the day-to-day responsibilities in the Shipping/Receiving Department.  He is responsible for all incoming and outgoing shipments with Love Beauty Pro & Medical.  John is constantly in contact with carriers on scheduling deliveries, pickups and forming relationships with these contacts in order to get the best service available. John manages inventory levels and reorder points for all customer product within the warehouse.  He keeps a very clean and organized workplace and values himself on being efficient and in order.

John has over 30 years of Logistics experience and over 15 years of supervisory/managerial experience in distribution.  He has worked in almost every facet of shipping and receiving.  He enjoys his position at Love Beauty Pro & Medical and the people he works with.

Amanda Arrigo is a native Floridian, who received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. Ms. Arrigo began her career as a Territory Sales Manager in the Dental Industry in Austin, Texas before relocating back to South Florida to join our Plasma Concepts Team.   Having come from a family of entrepreneurs, she sees her clients as her own and delivers a customer satisfaction second to none.  Since joining the Love Beauty & Plasma Concepts Team, she quickly found her passion for improving quality of life through the latest advances in the aesthetics industry.

Ms. Arrigo is an accomplished Cellist having performed for over 20 years including a bucket list performance on the stage of Carnegie Hall.  In her spare time she enjoys family, friends and all of what South Florida has to offer, while wearing sunscreen of course.

Brittney is a retired Competitive Cheerleader and Communications Graduate of Jersey-Based Rider University with a 12 year progressive background in Sales, Sales Management and Business Development. For the past 7 years, Brittney has been a major contributor in launching medical devices and products into the Medical Aesthetics market. In 2016 and 2017, she helped launch Platelet-Rich-Plasma at Eclipse Aesthetics alongside Brendan, DJ Shooter and Justin. Due to her launch success in the Northeast, Brittney quickly gained an influential following, making her a household name amongst the providers and as a sales leader. Brittney constantly provides a can-do mentality and is the biggest cheerleader for providers and sales team alike. Coupling this with creative, outside-the-box thinking, Brittney continues to expand and disrupt the Northeast Aesthetics market as Love Beauty Pro & Plasma Concepts’ Regional Sales Manager. 

Kassy is a talented administrative professional with a background in accounting and business operations. Kassy brings over 10 years’ experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general accounting and operations for both nonprofit and manufacturing organizations. Kassy holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Baypath University and has a passion for working in business, operations and finance.

As the Accounting and Operations Associate at Love Beauty Pro & Medical, Kassy works closely with the team to ensure daily, weekly and monthly accounting and operation tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Robyn has 13 years’ experience as an esthetician performing various medical and non-medical treatments.  She graduated from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 2006 and obtained her Massachusetts Esthetics license.  She holds certifications for medical grade microdermabrasion, chemical peels, ultra-sonic treatments and customized facials. She also has extensive experience with hyperpigmentation, acne and anti-aging skin conditions.  Her product knowledge spans from ZO Therapeutic Solutions, Obagi Medical Products, Glymed Professional Skin Care Products and Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics. Being of service to people has always been her nature and helping them feel like the very best version of themselves is her mission.  Robyn says, “This industry is truly my passion! Working for Love Beauty Pro & Medical allows me to utilize my other professional skills obtained as a purchasing professional for 20+ years prior to becoming an esthetician.  In my role at Love Beauty Pro & Medical, I continue to have the opportunity to help others. Lori is a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia with many years of experience in the field of plastic surgery and as a trainer on medical and aesthetic laser devices. She has worked with several of the top laser companies training across the country. As a Clinical Training Specialist, she travels to medical practices facilitating trainings and providing education on laser technology and specific treatment procedures. Lori is also a Georgia Certified Senior Laser Practitioner and performs laser techniques for an array of aesthetic rejuvenation and restoration treatments.

With advanced training in medical aesthetics and devices, Lori plays an important role as a member of the national training team.

Carissa is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician who has been working and teaching in the field for more than 18 years. She specializes in cosmetic laser procedures and customized medical aesthetic skincare treatments for clients of all ages.

As a Clinical Educator, she has provided hands-on training for a wide variety of devices such as Intense Pulsed Light, numerous lasers and radio-frequency systems. Carissa has also been the Lead Study Coordinator for multiple FDA Phase III Open-label Clinical Safety Trials.

As a practitioner, her patient roster is a virtual “who’s who” of Beauty Editors, Health and Beauty Writers and beauty industry-related experts who consider her a wealth of knowledge with vast experience in aesthetic medical procedures and skincare. Carissa has been featured in print magazines for the HydraFacial MD® (her technique was touted as the “Best Facial Ever”), as well as WCBS, Refinery 29, Truth in Beauty, FashionDailyMag.com; No Nonsense Beauty blog and many others. With a passion for all things cosmetic, she is constantly seeking out the best technologies and treatments to keep her clients (and, okay – herself, too!) looking their best.

Cherie is a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner licensed in California and Arizona.  She has acted as a Medical Aesthetic Consultant and Clinical Trainer with Cynosure since 2003, servicing over 2500 facilities on all Cynosure devices.

Cherie is also the Founder and Co-Owner, Integrated Laser Solutions, LLC, 7 years. Integrated Laser Solutions (ILS) is a Laser Safety Officer (LSO), Advanced Practice Didactic and Laser Technician training entity approved by the Bureau of Special Licensing (BSL) under the Bureau of Radiation Control with the Arizona Department of Health Services. The BSL is directly responsible for the certification and regulation of laser technicians acceptable nationwide

As a Laser Consultant, she has performed private aesthetic and laser treatments since 1997 and holds certification for over 40 laser, IPL, RF devices, including Microneedling, hand-held plasma devices.

Cherie established SkinPlus MedSpa in San Dimas, California in 2017 and opened a second location in Prescott, Arizona in the Fall of 2019 featuring Cynosure lasers, Vivace RF, hand-held Plasma Concepts’ plasma pen and other various aesthetic treatments. The Prescott location is also the home to Integrated Laser Solutions (ILS) for those seeking Laser Science, Safety, Didactic and Hands-On Training and Certification. Interactive virtual training is also popular for those individuals and groups that desire training in the comfort of their facility. Continuing Education (CE) Hours are offered for all ILS courses

Cherie’s experience as a trainer is extensive from being a California BRN Continuing Education Provide to being a certified trainer for Vivace Microneedling RF and guest faculty speaker at Age Management Medicine Group (AMMG) Conference and at the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Since receiving her degree from The Ohio State School of Cosmetology in 2003, Erica has been practicing in a dermatology setting. She is licensed by the State of Ohio as an Advanced Aesthetician and has had advanced training in Chemical Peels, Cosmetic Ingredients, Dermaplaning, hand-held plasma devices, DermaSweep and microneedling. In 2013 she was chosen as 1 of 10 Aestheticians in the United States to travel to France and Italy for extensive training.  She has also participated in clinical studies, research, held two advisory board seats with leading companies in the cosmeceutical field and led focus groups. In addition to working as an Aesthetician, she was previously a Peel Trainer for a major cosmeceutical company. Currently, in addition to working for Universal Dermatology, she is an Educator for PRX-T33 Derm Perfexion with Love Beauty Pro & Medical.

Erica understands how important good skin can be in all aspects of daily living. “My desire is to help patients achieve their goals through the use of products and procedures. The key to doing so successfully is collaborating with all providers & educating patients so that together we obtain the best skin of their life”.

Ellen, a licensed medical aesthetician, began her career in this field 22 years ago. Immediately after aesthetics school, Ellen began working with aesthetic lasers making her one of the longest practicing laser technicians in the country. She has owned her own medical aesthetic business while also training for a leading aesthetic laser company.

She is passionate about anti-aging techniques and comes to us with 20 years of education experience. She is a master trainer of medical and aesthetic lasers and RF. She has been training with Love Beauty Pro & Medical and its affiliate companies since 2018.

Ellen’s extensive training and experience, as well as her role as a national trainer, make her a great addition to the clinical training team.
