Healeon Medical PRP
Stem cell technology for regenerative medicine
How Healeon PRP Works
Healeon Medical’s PRP system uses a proprietary gel to isolate platelets to optimum concentration above baseline. With this system, virtually all Red Blood Cells (RBC) are eliminated from PRP, and the concentration of pro-inflammatory Granulocytes (GRs) is dramatically reduced.
PRP is prepared using a small sample of a patient’s own blood which is processed via centrifuge to separate platelets from Platelet-Poor Plasma (PPP), RBC and GRs. Isolated PRP can then be collected and applied to the treatment area. The entire preparation process takes less than 20 minutes.
Features and Benefits
- Easy to use, rapid and effective system
- Minimally invasive procedure
- Optimal platelet concentration
- Autologous (from patient’s own blood)
“The medical and scientific community is always searching for scientific-based therapies for hair regrowth and restoration. As a hair restoration surgeon, I’m most interested in new hair research that has demonstrated that the stimulation of the follicle stem cell niche is a possible site for directing new therapies for hair growth.
Healeon has brought to the physician’s office a superior technology that expands my hair restoration practice by obtaining stem cells from a small liposuction procedure. The device creates adipose-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells and Stromal Vascular Fraction, rich in regenerative cells for injection into the scalp for further stimulation of hair growth. Healeon’s technology and customer service are unparalleled in the industry and I would strongly recommend them to any of my colleagues.”
