SUMMARY:Microblading/PMU Pigment Removal 1 Day Training
DESCRIPTION:COURSE DESCRIPTION \nThis one-day course will teach you how to effectively lighten and remove unwanted microblading/permanent makeup using a saline method to safely lift pigment out of the skin.  This procedure allows for less treatments than lasers making it a more effective and lower cost option for clients. This training is detailed and to the point allowing artists to immediately put this training to work in their practice. Saline removal also adds many business benefits for the artist. \nThis course is designed for artists with previous microblading experience and is not an introductory training. Course includes a bottle of lighten/removal product and various cartridges needed for treatment as well as on-going guidance on the training subject matter. \nAdvantages of Saline Removal: \n\nLightens pigment by drawing it up into the scab and out through the healing process.\nMore efficient and faster than laser tattoo removal\nIncrease business by taking clients on who otherwise you would have turned away\nIncrease business by offering a service that is sought after especially from botched jobs\nIncrease overall revenue\nHelp those with old or poorly done micropigmentation\n\n \nKey Learning and Outcomes \n\nHow to properly perform saline lighten & removal service\nUnderstanding contraindications\nUnderstanding appropriate client assessment\nDetermining treatment sessions\nResults expectations\nAppropriate aftercare\n\n  \nModel Information \nEach attendee is responsible for arranging 1 model for hands on.  If you are not able to secure a model on your own\, notify us within 2 weeks prior to class. Although we cannot guarantee a model for you\, we will do our best to try to assist you in arranging a model. If you already have models in mind\, check if they have any of the following. \n\nRecent Esthetic treatment such as chemical peel\, laser\, Botox or filler in the area being treated\nPregnancy/Nursing\nAutoimmune or Skin disorders\nBleeding disorders\nRecent Botox or Fillers\nRecent Peels or Laser\nKeloid Scarring\nBlood Thinners\n\n  \nAttendance \nUpon successful completion of the training you will be issued a Certificate of Attendance. \nQualifications \n\nTo be eligible for this course you need to hold valid Microblading PMU/Cosmetic Tattooing Certificate from a previous training or Permanent Cosmetics License.\nAll attendees must submit a copy of their Blood Borne Pathogen Certificate upon registration and will not be permitted into the course without this.\n\nMicroblading is a form of permanent cosmetics\, cosmetic tattooing\, or body art. Each state and city/town follows their own regulations\, and it is the student’s responsibility to contact their state and local health agencies regarding the rules and regulations for permanent cosmetics in their area. The completion of this course does not qualify or certify you to perform\, for compensation\, the services or procedures taught. Performing the services or procedures taught in this course for compensation requires that the provider be properly licensed in the state and/or town in which the services or procedures are performed\, which may require apprenticeship depending on your local laws. \nAttendees who take this course are responsible for researching state/local licensing laws & regulations surrounding these services & ensuring these services are within the scope of practice prior to registering for the course.  We are not a regulatory agency\, and all questions regarding scope of practice must be researched through your governing Board and/or city/state laws.
